A Grade II Listed Georgian estate house, an attached Victorian dwelling, together with a 1970’s two-storey addition that formed a dysfunctional and derelict thirteen bedroom configuration hotel were converted collectively into seven individual high-quality two bedroom apartments.

A building with great history and character was saved from further harm and abuse caused as a result of past inappropriate planning decisions and was returned to something of its former stature and elegance with sensitive restoration and an appropriate change of use to fulfil the local housing demand and amenity.
